The screens of the conference system consist of a wall-mounted touch panel, on which you can display both images from the cameras of the video conferencing system itself and a presentation, and using the touch screen to mark important elements of the image, "draw" something on the screen.

Lighting control
The lighting of the conference room is based on LED lamps with different color temperatures (colder, blue light, and warmer, yellow). Lighting control is implemented based on the DALI protocol using scripts. General bright lighting, lighting during a video conference, subdued lighting when demonstrating a presentation using a projector - these basic lighting scenarios are configured in the system during the installation phase. Additional scenarios can be created by users already during operation.
HVAC Control
The climate control consists of the control of two air conditioners, thermal valves on batteries, and a ventilation system. Based on the sensors of climatic parameters and the set temperature in the conference room, an optimal climate is created.
Among other monitored parameters, the level of volatile organic compounds VOC is taken into account, which allows more precise control of the ventilation unit.

Access control
Access control for the conference room is implemented as part of the office security system. The latter is built on the basis of door controllers combined into a single system via IP,

LAN & WiFi
If we are building a video conferencing system in an existing office, the computer network is already there. But perhaps it is not designed for the load that UHD video over IP will create for it.
We plan to replace the central switch with a model that supports 1G and 10G ports. The 1G ports will be used for regular office equipment, while the 10G ports will be used for UHD video over IP.
